- Our currency exchange service requires a reservation. We do not accept same-day currency exchange. Please make a reservation at least 3 business days before your visit.
- We only accept foreign currency banknotes. Coins cannot be exchanged. (*Exchange of 50,000 yen or more in Japanese yen)
- All foreign currency exchanges will be made in Japanese yen.
- Counterfeit or damaged banknotes cannot be exchanged.
- For exchanges exceeding 1,000,000 yen, additional identification will be required-in addition to your passport, you may be asked to present a driver’s license, residence card, or proof of address.
(*Please note that we may refuse to exchange currency depending on the purpose of the exchange and the source of funds.)
